Undertaking by Season Ticket Holders (Season ticket declaration form)
According to a new direction of Indian Railways the Season ticket holders have to submit affidavits while applying for or renewing season tickets. From 01-04-2014 onward affidavit should be in the following NEW format( Circular No V/C 177/ST/1/2014 Dated 24.03.2014). The below shown format of affidavit can be downloaded and used.
